Ljubomir Ljubojević (2 November, 1950 -) is a Serbian chess Grandmaster.

Ljubojevic was born in Titovo Uzice (now Uzice, Serbia). He received the International Master Title in 1970 and became an International Grandmaster in 1971. Yugoslav Champion in 1977 (tie) and 1982. He won the Canadian Chess Championship in 1974. Although he is ranked world number 5th, he could not enter the Candidates in any of the World Chess Championship cycle events. His highest rating according to the Chessmetrics historical rating system is 2735.

He represented Yugoslavia on twelve occasions in the Chess Olympiads, on first Board for nine times, with an average performance of 63.5% (+66−22 =75). He won an individual gold medal on third Board in 1972, in Skopje, and three bronze medals (one individual and two team).

He tied for first place with Robert Hübner at Linares 1985. He beat almost all the top Grandmasters during his career including the World Champion Garry Kasparov, Anatoly Karpov and Viswanathan Anand.
