Antonio Angel Medina Garcia (2 October, 1919 - 31 October, 2003) was a Spanish chess Grandmaster.

He was a seven-time Spanish Champion (1944, 1945, 1947, 1949, 1952, 1963 and 1964) and won the Catalan championship three times (1947, 1949, 1950). He won the Venezuelan Championship three times, in 1955, 1956 and 1958. He finished first place in Caracas 1954 (Zonal) and claimed 19th place in Gothenburg 1955 (Interzonal), which ended with David Bronstein’s victory.

He was awarded the title International Grandmaster in 1950. Based on the Chessmetrics historical rating Medina achieved his highest Elo rating that year, 2609 points.
